I am now getting a good night's sleep. The pain in my bladder has now gone and I am now getting up to urinate only 1 or 2 times a night, only once if I don't drink after 6pm and do not consume certain foods. Many thanks for your help. Mike Crowe RTX2066368

The consultation was by phone. The consultant listened carefully and asked pertinent questions and arranged a scan which was quickly and efficiently conducted. The results were sent to my GP and copied to me. The only possible improvement I could have wished for would have been a slightly less technical report because, as the letter was a copy of the one to the GP I did not fully comprehend it, Is it normal to have a cyst in each Kidney? The letter was reassuring in that the word "normal" appeared three times and no further action was proposed.
